Ainsworth New Slots 2019

Golden Wisdom
  • Release: Sept 2019
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 96.10%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

Golden Wisdom is available at Ainsworth casinos, and the Australian developer crafted a Chinese themed game for us here, a slot with the usual mix of symbols which always seem to pop up when it comes to these titles. It’s got some good sides as well, but I will let you read about them in our review.

Egyptian Wealth
  • Release: Aug 2019
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: ---
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 50
  • Mobile: Yes

Though it’s making a promise about the wealth of the Ancient Egyptians, this slot machine mostly revolves around their deities, the most common choice that developers seem to make when picking this particular theme. Egyptian Wealth is available via Ainsworth, an Australian developer which is one of the top providers for land-based casinos.

King of the Jungle
  • Release: July 2019
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 94.09%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

A game which has been released by Ainsworth, King of the Jungle will feature gorilla themed graphics mostly, with elements borrowed from native African civilizations as well. It’s a game that I consider to be average, in more ways than one, with the RTP being the most disappointing thing about it.

Wild Nights: Crazy Feature
  • Release: June 2019
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: ---
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

One of the new Ainsworth releases, Wild Nights: Crazy Feature will take the player on a fun trip through Las Vegas. It’s inspired by a city where gambling is the focus, and so the casinos and classic symbols are the ones taking on a major role on its reels. The developer we see at work here is a major one, though mostly with a focus on the land market, so it’s interesting to see what they come up with for the online casinos.

King Ramses: Triple Shot
  • Release: June 2019
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 94.31%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

Triple Shot is the second King Ramses slot machine that we’re seeing from Ainsworth, with the previous release coming in 2017. The game is still an Ancient Egypt title, but now there are a few extra options offered, mostly improvements in its features section.

Enchanted Eyes: Big Hit Bonanza
  • Release: Apr 2019
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 94.31%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

The latest release from Ainsworth is Enchanted Eyes: Big Hit Bonanza, a slot machine which aims to offer some decent sized rewards, though with the RTP being the weak point, something we can see immediately.

Pussy Cat
  • Release: Mar 2019
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 94.16%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

Pussy Cat, present this year among the new Ainsworth casino slots, is dedicated to a cute black cat, and to its many toys. The game delivers cartoon-style graphics which look cute, while in other areas we have fixed jackpots, a couple of good features and plenty of other pros and cons.

Golden Dollars: Golden Cash
  • Release: Feb 2019
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 94.34%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

Golden Dollars is a brand new casino slot, which you can find at Ainsworth casinos, and it offers the Golden Cash feature, as the name suggests. It’s a game with a more classic approach to its theme and design, but nonetheless, it can be fun to play, mostly due to the features that have been incorporated in it.

Dolphins
  • Release: Dec 2018
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 94.30%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 30
  • Mobile: Yes

About 5 years after 50 Dolphins was released, Ainsworth comes up with a new game using this particular theme, and it’s called Dolphins, so clearly they’ve scaled back a bit. You get about the same graphics as you would’ve had a couple of years back, so the game hasn’t evolved much here. Let’s see what else it has to offer though.

Golden Ox: Golden Cash
  • Release: Dec 2018
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 93.70%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

If you’re into Chinese themed games, then you will be quite happy with this new release from Ainsworth, called Golden Ox: Golden Cash. It’s more of the same in many ways, particularly where symbols and graphics style are concerned, but the game also offers free spins, streak respins and other exciting features.

Zed Lion: Triple Shot
  • Release: Dec 2018
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 93.74%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

The beautiful and wild Africa has been an inspiration source for game developers a lot of times in the past. It’s been given that role once again, and this time it’s going to result in the appearance of a slot called Zed Lion: Triple Shot. Inspired by the continent’s most majestic animal, the lion, the game nonetheless shows off plenty of other wild creatures from the region, both predators and prey.

Twice The Gold
  • Release: Dec 2018
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 93.99%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

The Ainsworth collection already had a slot called Twice The Money, and now they also have Twice The Gold, so it looks like it’s the beginnings of a series for the company. They’re offering quite a few good features in this new slot machine, along with rather average graphics, especially since the theme is not that special.

Super Hot: Money Heat
  • Release: Dec 2018
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 94.52%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

Gambling, money and a bit of fire, that’s the recipe based on which Super Hot: Money Heat has been built. This fairly common combination of themes is going to work well enough, provided that you want a simple online slot machine, with fewer exciting or modern elements.

Mustang Spirit
  • Release: Dec 2018
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 94.27%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 20
  • Mobile: Yes

Mustang Spirit follows another slot which was released by Ainsworth in the past, called Mustang Money. It keeps the graphics style quite similar, though some improvements have been made in that area. There will be a number of other interesting things to note about this game, with features being among those that should get and keep your attention on it.

Majestic Tiger
  • Release: Dec 2018
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 94.99%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

We’ve seen such creatures as those inspiring Majestic Tiger before, but it’s typically a wildlife themed slot machine, not one which appears to get more out of China. Ainsworth is the creator of this new online slot, which has a mix of wildlife and Chinese culture in it. Expect to find a couple of features inside which have the potential to make it quite exciting to play.

King of Wealth: Double Hit
  • Release: Dec 2018
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 94.30%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

The Orient inspired category is a rich one, but not more so than the characters which it often describes. In King of Wealth we seem to be looking at a ruler from this country, a former one anyway, which shows off his riches and some of the objects which are typical for his country’s culture. I think that this Ainsworth online slot has its merits, but you will be able to read more about it from our review.

Island Princess: Quad Shot
  • Release: Oct 2018
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 94.33%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

Part of the Quad Shot collection, and released at the same time as Big Thunder, Island Princess is available at online casinos which have Ainsworth slot machines. The theme is simple, it’s going to be a game which uses the tropical island theme, with the main character being a beautiful woman, a princess of the region.

Big Thunder: Quad Shot
  • Release: Oct 2018
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 94.39%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

One more slot machine is joining the Quad Shot series, including this very special feature, and this time Ainsworth is giving us a jungle themed title, called Big Thunder. It’s going to be an interesting release, of Medium volatility and offering the Quad Shot reel and the associated features, as expected.

Run With The Wolves
  • Release: July 2018
  • Soft: Ainsworth
  • RTP: 94.41%
  • Reels: 5
  • Lines: 25
  • Mobile: Yes

In a game that has some elements of Native American culture, what you end up seeing most on the reels will be the wild creatures of North America. Run With The Wolves is one of the games that can be found in the collection of Ainsworth.

Ainsworth is a company which specializes in the development of casino games, both for the land-based and the online markets. They have been founded back in 1995, and they have the same founder as Aristocrat, another massive company that’s active in both markets. Les Ainsworth borrowed his name to this newer company, while his older one dates back to the 50s. As for the online side of this developer, they currently have 63 slot machines released, and there are a lot more being announced each year.

The company has obtained its gaming license from one of the better gaming jurisdictions around, Alderney. If you’re concerned about fairness and safety of your information, Ainsworth is definitely one of the developers that can be trusted in that regard.

One quick thing to note about this company, is that they are specialists in the land-based market, and the founder’s experience and connections lie there most of all. Online, they don’t do nearly as well and they’re not one of the big names of this market, but they are growing rapidly and they have enough experience with gambling to create good content and get a better position in time.

History

The start of Ainsworth’s history goes back to 1995, when it was created by Les Ainsworth. The former founder and CEO of Aristocrat, created this second company and started from scratch back then, and he managed to do very well with it.

Even as far as Ainsworth goes, for most of its history, it’s connected mostly with the land-based market, not the online one. They’ve launched several slot cabinets over the years, upgrading them from time to time, and so they moved from the Ambassador line, to Ambassador SL, to A560SL and these days to the A600 line.

In the last couple of years, they started paying more attention to the online side of the business, and so these days they offer 63 slots, which are usually ports from the land-based variants which proved successful.

Ainsworth Casino Games

You will discover that the slot machines which Ainsworth is offering are usually interesting, and it’s the theme that often manages to achieve that. There are themes inspired by carnivals, jungle, magic, Native American traditions, and many others.

One of the pros I’ve seen in their case, is that they’re expanding rapidly and they’re bringing slots which are available in land casinos to the online market. This makes them easier to get to the market, since they don’t have to start from scratch, they just port the content over. As a result, in 2018 alone they announced a total of 21 slot machines, and I’d imagine that they’re not going to slow down next year.

Graphics

I wouldn’t expect a slot machine which is popular in land-based casinos, to be at the same level of quality as a major release from one of the dedicated online developers. I’m almost never impressed with the graphics involved in such slots, but generally I find them serviceable. You’re not going to run away screaming from an Ainsworth slot machine, but you’re not likely to choose it based on its design alone either. It’s more likely that the theme, features or payouts will be the ones making it attractive for you.

The themed symbols, which are of pretty good quality usually, and highly detailed, are almost always accompanied by Royals. If you’re lucky, these low paying symbols will have an appropriate design for that theme, but it’s not a guarantee.

Overall, the word that best describes the typical Ainsworth slot machine, is “average”. Mind you, this is for the online market, where the quality is better.

Features

Some of the games which Ainsworth has will innovate, and the Quad Shot series is definitely one to watch out if you’re looking for something a little bit different. In the majority of the cases, what you will find is wild symbols, scatters and free spins. There is some variety even there though, as multipliers and other options help improve the gameplay.

Payouts

Now, payout wise you can expect for Ainsworth to deliver some pretty good rewards, but there will be wagers on the high side available as well, to get you there. I’ve seen wins in the six figure range mentioned on the paytable at that point. In a slot like Ming Warrior, the stake can be returned to you at 50x per win line, or 1,000x for the entire screen filled with matching symbols. Look at Light Em Up, and that one can pay 3,000x the stake. These are considered good payouts, though not over the top.

The RTP is another one to look at, and it’s where Ainsworth disappoints me. A good game from them has an RTP of more than 94%, not starting from 96%, as I would’ve liked. The payouts from the land-based machines have been carried to the online side as well, and here they can’t compete very well.
