We’re seeing the Infinity Reels mechanic at work again, only this time it’s coming via a gold mining themed slot machine. It’s once again available via Relax Gaming, but the developer that worked on it is called Bad Dingo. As always, the technology is licensed from its owner, ReelPlay. Not as volatile as you might expect, and with wins lower than in some of the other real money slots we’ve seen so far, but it has its advantages in other areas.

Infinity Reels are in use, along with increasing multipliers, two types of wilds, scatters, and free spins. With medium volatility, and only a 95.10% RTP, the game doesn’t go very high when it pays its players. The top jackpot will only have a return of 1,541x the stake, at best.
Pick the wager that you want to use, and then just hit Spin. It’s that easy, and it will cost you anywhere between $0.30 and $60, per spin.
The slot might have multipliers to apply, but at its core it still has only up to 5 coins to pay, for each symbol that gets involved. It doesn’t go higher than 1,541x the stake, and it’s going to be difficult enough getting to that point as it is.
With the volatility rating being a 3.5 out of 5, it’s considered a medium risk title. RTP is disappointing though, with only 95.10% expected to be paid back to players in the long run.
The Infinity Reels system will get you paid, in exchange for having 5 or more matching symbols present, on multiple reels. If that does happen for you, the system expands the game area, adding a new reel to the right side. Should new matching symbols appear there, the expansion continues. Each new expansion gives a boost to the round’s multiplier as well. Once the spin ends, the game takes a look at all winning symbols, and pays accordingly. Each symbol has its own value (up to 5 coins), and a multiplier is applied as well.
A bit of help will be coming from the wild symbols, marked with their logo, and placed on the side of a Cart, or on a wooden panel. They’re both substitutes for all types of symbols, except for the scatter.
Infinity Wilds may show up on reel 3, or on the ones coming after it. It will move towards the right side when it lands, giving you extra wilds in the positions it covers.
As for the scatter, it’s enough to get 5 or more of them in view, even if they’re not on consecutive reels. They each pay 5 coins then, plus you get to trigger the free spins as well. What you get, is 15 free spins.
It’s your basic gold mining theme, and it’s showing us the image of the Wild West, somewhere in the desert. There is nothing unusual about that, but it should be noted that the graphics are above average.
As symbols, we find the feature triggers for one, showing images of several wilds, as well as a scatter (saloon doors). Regular symbols start from the playing cards of the four suits, bottles of booze, oil lamps, tools, dynamite, gold nuggets, and the miner.
Golden Haul: Infinity Reels could’ve been a decent slot machine, but with its very low RTP and average rewards, I doubt it will get a lot of attention from players.
