As far as religion goes, there are few that are more interesting to learn about, than Voodoo. Not quite the type of thing that most would want to actually follow, but Voodoo Magic once again shows us how it became well known all over the world. It’s not easy to ignore, I will give it that, and it makes for good entertainment in a slot machine, which is what this Pragmatic Play title is trying to prove.
Voodoo Magic has 5 reels of 4 symbols each, along with 40 active win lines. The rewards are not terribly high, up to 1,000x the stake, even though the volatility is above average. At the same time, they kept the RTP at a very healthy 96.50%, making it appealing for players. As for the slot’s major features, they introduce scatters, several modifiers, along with free spins which have guaranteed wins.

Voodoo Magic borrows from a fairly widespread religion, which originated from Africa, and expanded towards North, Central and South America, as a result of the slave trade. It looks as you’d expect, as a game which is dedicated to black magic. You see a priestess next to her cauldron, in which some green substance boils, the kind of look that you’d get in a witch game as well.
Another priestess is present on the reels, along with symbols showing us crocodiles and several animal skulls. Lower value positions get the expected Royals.
Voodoo Magic looks interesting, it’s a topic that people want to learn more about, and it tends to be enjoyable in an online game as well. I like several things about it, such as its features and RTP, but its top rewards are a bit on the low side.
