Apollo Power is a new casino game in a series called Age of the Gods, which is the main selling point for Playtech’s collection these days. They are putting a major emphasis on this series, which has progressive jackpots of its own, along with a mix of features and gameplay styles to go along with its Ancient Greek mythology theme.
A game with a decent design, Apollo Power will give us 6 reels and 50 active lines, so it’s already quite different from regular slot machines. Besides the Age of the Gods progressive jackpots, the slot pays its own rewards of up to 1,000x total stake ($500,000). On its list of features, there are the Apollo Power Respins and two versions for the wilds.
You’re allowed to set up the bet for the game’s 50 lines, and you do it with at least $0.25 for each round. You can end up with a wager of $500 per spin, in which case you’d use $10 on each line.
Apollo Power tends to pay a fair amount, particularly when you consider its Respins and the way they can bring a lot of wilds on the reels. Those wilds will pay the slot’s best rewards, of up to 1,000x, so through them you could win as much as $500,000 in a single round.

One more thing to mention and appreciate, is the presence of a good RTP, of 96.47%, in line with what’s expected. This is most likely the amount that you get when you add the progressive jackpots as well though, so do count on the game paying less on its own.
You’re going to find a slot machine with few features, but the effect they have on the game are major. It’s also a slot with 6 reels, so it can be difficult getting 6 symbols lined up on a line, rather than 5 from a regular slot.
Two variants exist for the wild symbol. One has the Wild logo and it is a regular substitute, which forms its own combinations or helps others.
The other Wild has a W logo and a Sun-like outer design. This one, if it appears, will also act as a substitute. As with every other slot which is part of Age of the Gods, this one is also inspired by a certain part of Ancient Greek mythology. Apollo is the one getting the attention here, and in fact the best paying regular symbol will show us this deity. The ones paying even better are the two Wild symbols though. Other regular symbols which are present on the reels, include a Sword, Bow, Harp, Wreath, Ring and four Royals. The design is good, and it’s to be expected, since this is one of the top choices from Playtech.
Apollo Power is a good new release in the Age of the Gods series, a slot with good RTP, progressive jackpots and fun new features.
