Nunchucks is not a slot where martial arts are the focus, though they are part of the design and the story. It's a NetEnt slot with a unique story, involving robbers who try to rob the city's communion boxes, and they find themselves thwarted by a couple of nuns who have a history that involves martial arts and apparently explosives as well.
You have 4,096 ways to win that you can use via the 6x4 reels that spin each round. This is a medium volatility slot with a prize of up to 12,000x the stake, while the RTP can reach 96.21%. There are modifiers associated with each of the four nuns (Colossal, Wild Reel, Multiplier, and Upgrade), along with re-spins, bonus spins, and super bonus spins.
A bet of $0.20 will prove sufficient for a new spin in the Nunchucks slot, but you will have the option to go higher if you want to, as the maximum bet allowed per spin is $40.
You can get paid quite well in Nunchucks, up to 12,000x the round's stake, and that's plenty coming from a slot machine with medium volatility, as we find here. You do have to watch out for the RTP you're getting, since the preferred version of 96.21% is not always picked by casinos.
There are two ways for you to use a wild symbol. One is in regular combinations, where you get it to act as a substitute for other symbols. The other is in its own wins: if it lands enough times to make that happen, it pays as much as the top regular symbol.
There are special Nun symbols that can land at any point as you're playing this game, giving you a modifier of that type, and sometimes triggering a Re-Spin as well. You can get additional Nun symbols during re-spins, and even upgrade them with the Nun that does that.
You can also get a main feature with 8 to 14 bonus spins, which require 3 to 6 bonus symbols to be present. If a super bonus symbol is contributed, then you get the super bonus spins instead. The difference is that for the latter, you keep the activated Nun features between rounds.
The story is a fun one, with mobsters trying to rob communion boxes, while a couple of nuns are trying to stop them. Don't feel bad for the nuns, though. They have special training from their previous lives, so the mobsters are in for a bad time. As symbols, you do get some Royals in there, but you also have images with the communion box, a crucifix, a holy water grenade, or throwing stars.
It's a unique story; it's also funny, well-designed, and despite its medium volatility, this is a slot with an excellent top prize. You have a lot of good reasons to check it out already.
