Prison Escape Slot Machine Review

While a prison escape themed slot machine is already fairly unique, 1X2gaming chose to do something extra with this game, and they turned its main characters into birds, rather than humans. Prison Escape has good features, cute graphics and at least adequate payouts, so all in all it should be the type of game you’d want to check out.

Prison Escape has 5x3 reels, along with the 25 lines that we see so often in slot machines. Through them, top wins of up to 1,000x are a possibility, which would mean $50,000 at most, per spin. Thanks to wild symbols, both regular and sticky, along with scatters and free spins, you might even get several very profitable rounds. The slot has a couple of other good points to make, such as the 96% Return to Player which has been announced for it.

Betting and Prizes

Selecting the bet requires that you decide on how much the next round will get, nothing more. The range available has a $0.25 minimum and a $50 maximum, which would mean that the line bet could be anywhere between $0.01 and $2.

Feature wise, Prison Escape doesn’t offer a lot that is unique, but the features which are introduced do enough to make the action interesting.

One of the two symbols that get additional roles to play, the wild shows the image of the Prison at night, right as the birds are preparing for their escape. Marked with the Wild, it is going to pay as much as the top symbol when forming its own combinations, and it will also be a replacement for any regular symbol on other occasions.

The other one, with the Eagle Prison Guard, is the scatter. It can only appear on reels 1, 3 and 5, and they’re all required, before you can get into the 5 free spins. Theme & Design

Obviously, it’s a game with a prison escape related theme, only here we find a world where birds are the main inhabitants, rather than humans. The symbols we see will place the Eagles in the roles of the prison guards, while among the prisoners we find Owls, Green or Pink Parrots and Pelicans. For the low value symbols, the developer picked images of female birds as pin-up models, of shanks made out of feathers, handcuffs, locks and surveillance cameras. To be appreciated here, is both the quality of the design and the fact that the chosen symbols are all themed.

Conclusion

Prison Escape has its fun and unique theme, along with several good features, an acceptable top payout and an average RTP. All in all, it’s not a bad game for you to try out it for free.
