Extra Win X is part of Swintt’s collection of classic slots, a very simple-looking design that relies on the usual 3 reels, along with a series of symbols that most players are already experienced with. There is a new mechanic that can deliver an additional win, but it’s not going to be an easy one to claim.
Spinning 3x3 reels, Extra Win X will have 5 active lines, which is not at all unusual for this type of slot machine. It can pay a decent amount, with up to 1,000x the stake paid via a full screen of top symbols, but at the same time, it feels like a highly volatile title, with a very low RTP (92.34%).
The number of coins being used needs to be high enough, to cover the 5 available lines. This means that 5 coins and a $0.05 wager will be the minimum you can use. Increasing the wager could go up to $100 per spin (10,000 coins of $0.01).
Its payouts look pretty good, with the Sevens symbol paying 200x the stake on each line fully covered. Using all 5 lines, you could go up to 1,000x, and then there is the Extra Win X mechanic as well that could take it further.
Unfortunately, all this comes with the cost of high volatility, and wins are not coming easily. The RTP is way too low as well, only 92.34%.
It’s a fairly short list of features, as the only one included is Extra Win. It will require having a spin where all positions are covered by the same symbol, forming combinations on all lines.
When this happens, you’re getting a Wheel to spin, where there are 8 spokes. Two of those are used to end the feature, four are going to be Win segments, while one will be a 2xWin, and another will be an X.
The End option is self-explanatory, it terminates the feature. The Win and 2xWin will pay based on the amount of the triggering round, at 1x and 2x the value, following which they turn into End segments.
With the X, you get access to a better wheel, where you can receive 3x or 5x the triggering round’s win with each spin.
The theory goes that you can claim wins of up to 20x the amount you got in the triggering spin.
Extra Win X has a very simple theme, a classic that shows off fruit symbols on its reels, and it does it in a way that will remind you of the older slots. It’s not a great design, but it does the job. The list of symbols revolves around Sevens, Bells, Stars, Plum, Oranges, Lemons, Triple Cherries, and Star Coins.
Extra Win X doesn’t look like much, but it incorporates a very powerful feature, one that could bring you the round’s rewards at up to 20x the regular value. Unfortunately, the combination of high volatility with the 92.34% RTP makes it a tough one to stay within the long run.
