Lucky Gems Deluxe is here, and this new Stakelogic slot machine will feature some interesting mechanics, as well as the possibility to play on up to four machines at the same time. Theme wise, it will not be that interesting, but the leprechaun can still be OK as a main character, provided that the game delivers on other fronts. This one looks like it does that.
You can get 10 active lines from the 5 reels which are part of each Lucky Gems Deluxe slot. With up to 4 game areas active at the same time, and with wins of up to $201,000 possible on each one, the game does have big potential. When it comes to the major features it can give us, you can get stacked mystery symbols, and that’s about it.
A total of 10 active lines, which the game offers each round, will require a bet of $0.10 or more in order for the spin to trigger. You can even go as high as $100 with your bets, in which case you’d spend $10 on each active line.
The developer mentions that the maximum potential payout for a single spin is $201,000, and that’s for a single slot machine. You play on up to four slots at the same time, so naturally each one can offer a lot of money.
Of special note should also be the RTP of Lucky Gems Deluxe, as the slot machine will pay back a below average 94.56% of the amount that’s invested in it, a figure which should only be taken as an indicator of the chances it gives players. Since it’s calculated for billions of spins, it doesn’t apply to your spins, which can be lower or higher.
As for the way the game is played, it is considered a 2 out of 5 in terms of volatility, so it’s Low/Medium. Wins aren’t difficult to trigger, but they’re not worth a lot of money usually.
Compared with other slot machines, Lucky Gems Deluxe doesn’t have the most exciting list of features, or at least not a very long one. It all depends on a single symbol, albeit a fairly important one, as it’s a stacked mystery icon which can have huge potential.
The leprechaun will take upon himself that role, of the stacked mystery symbol. Whenever at least part of it is visible on the reels, you will discover that all instances of leprechaun covered positions get transformed into a single icon, which is picked at random. It’s not a new feature, but it’s a useful one, and it has a big impact on the game’s spins. It’s also available for all five reels, so you could use it to fill a screen with matching symbols, hopefully high paying ones.
The story is not new, and Stakelogic doesn’t make any attempt at bringing something fresh into the Irish category. You get rainbows, leprechauns and other related symbols, as well as logos, gemstones and Royals. None of these look good, I’d hesitate to even call it an average design. Stakelogic isn’t really known for the great graphics in their games, so hopefully you will enjoy the gameplay style more.
Lucky Gems Deluxe might be able to pay well, but it’s not going to be all that exciting otherwise, and the RTP is on the low side. To be appreciated is the fact that you can play on four slot machines at the same time.
