You have some interesting features, like its wilds, scatters, free spins and several multipliers, but overall there is nothing unique about it.

Betting and Prizes

Betting in a game with ways to win doesn’t involve the use of 243 coins. You just pretend you’re still using regular lines, 30 in this case, and so the bets use anywhere from 30 to 300 coins. What is common for 99% of these games is that the bet lines are fixed, you rarely get the option to deselect some of them along with ways to win. The line bet will go up to $10, and so while the starting point for the bets is at $0.30, the upper limit is set to a more high-roller friendly amount, of $300.

Payouts can be quite interesting, but you need several multipliers to get involved, to reach their full potential. Feature wise, the game makes itself exciting with the help of multipliers mostly, which are applied to all its major features. The wild symbol is one of them, the one showing you the image of the Chinese Girl. Have it contribute as a replacement in another combo, to win rewards that are doubled in value thanks to it. There are no regular symbols that can’t be replaced with a wild, but that does happen for the scatter. Wilds are only made available on the 1st, 3rd or 5th reels.

Only one other feature symbol exists, a scatter whose image takes the form of a Chinese Temple. Such symbols are considered scatters because it doesn’t matter where they land, provided that enough of them are in view. Having 3, 4 or 5 Temples scattered on the reels will get you 15, 20 or 25 free spins. On top of that, every single win is tripled in value if it’s obtained during a free game. Add a wild symbol to a combination, and the multiplier for that win will reach 6x. The free spins are retriggered the same way, with 3 to 5 scatters appearing again.

Theme & Design

In terms of the theme, it’s only partially unique, but it does feature that pearl connection along with some symbols that you don’t get often in Chinese slots. There are common images as well, but that’s normal for a game that tries to bank on the Chinese heritage. A beautiful woman, temples, lion statues, bracelets, jade butterflies, Chinese hearts and even playing cards, these are all visible on the reels as symbols that make My Fair Pearl what it is. It’s an interesting game, more of a title for the middle of the pack than something that will reach the top of the player’s preferences.

Conclusion

Overall, I can’t help but go back to the RTP of just 94.19%, which gives it a disadvantage compared with other new slot machines. It does reasonably well when it comes to things like graphics or features though.
