RoTiki Slot Machine Review

As they got us used to, Play n GO is always working on some new slot machine, giving us new experiences to explore about once per week. One of their upcoming games is called RoTiki, and it’s going to be a slot where adventure and treasure hunting will be the focus. Taking us to the Pacific region, we’re learning about an 18th-century ruler of the region, called King Kamehameha. The treasure hunting comes from the fact that we’re trying to locate the riches that he was buried with.

It’s going to be a large game area, with 48 symbols present on 6x8 reels. There are no active lines there, and the Cluster Pays engine will be the one responsible for getting you closer to the 1,000x top jackpot. This is considered a slot with medium volatility. RoTiki’s main features take the form of respins, wilds, and a Treasure Room bonus.

Betting and Prizes

From incredibly cheap, to fairly expensive, the real money slot’s betting range is capable of covering everyone’s budget and style. $0.05 will be the minimum bet, while the maximum one is worth $100.

RoTiki Game Features

With 6x8 reels, the game requires clusters of 5+ symbols forming, to get you paid. The connection between the cluster’s symbols is made horizontally and/or vertically.

As I’ve just mentioned, the wild symbol is among those that you can get on the reels. You’re going to use this one as a replacement, so it can be combined with regular symbols, to form new clusters.

Either through those respins or via regular rounds, it’s possible to have winning clusters covering all symbol positions. When this happens, you get the bonus game, which is called Treasure Room. You make picks from the available positions, and you will find multiplier boosts, additional picks, blank positions, or the special symbol (which takes the multiplier to its max value of 10x immediately and then ends the round).

The multiplier that you get to during the Treasure Room, will be used on the value of the prize obtained in the triggering spin (where you had winning symbols in all 48 positions). As wins of up to 100x are possible in the base game, the 10x multiplier from the Treasure Room can take them to 1,000x (top jackpot).

Theme & Design

RoTiki is predictable as a Tiki-themed slot machine, set somewhere on a Pacific Ocean island. It’s showing us erupting volcanoes behind the reels and funny Tiki statues on both sides of the large game area. The symbols range from various representations of animals to images of the Tiki idols themselves. It’s very well designed, and a pleasure to play through it if you’re the type to care about visuals.

Conclusion

RoTiki might not deliver the same huge rewards as most slot machines we’ve seen these days, but it’s not designed to be highly volatile either. It works for a beginner as well, and it will have decent features to go with the above-average design.
