An important element to mention about Joker’s Wacky Wilds is that its combinations are going to form either left to right or right to left. There are only 10 lines, but that system gives you better odds for 3-4 symbol wins (5 symbol wins would touch both sides anyway).
The Jokers are the slot’s wilds, so the symbols you use to form new combinations. While they’re useful, they can only land on the reels 2-4. Even better, these are expanding wilds and occupy all lines on that reel.
Should 3 to 5 scatter symbols with the Free Spins logo land on three adjacent reels, you win 10 to 20 free spins and a small prize. There are some differences inside. For one, the wild symbols can now be replacements for scatters. Another is that a 2x multiplier will boost all wins obtained in this mode.
The theme they chose is a classic one, and the style of the design isn’t too far off from that category either. The symbols you get on the reels include the Joker, Sevens, Watermelons, Plums, Strawberries, Cherries, Bar logos, and a few others. They’re charming in their own way, so the retro style worked well in this case.
Joker’s Wacky Wilds is wacky in its own way, but it’s also a very common type of slot in other ways (the classic side contributes to that). If you enjoy the older slots but you don’t mind some modern features, this game has a good blend of both aspects.
