Microgaming is preparing to bring a new Ancient Egypt themed slot to the market, a game which was designed by the crew from Snowborn Games. While its theme doesn’t make it sound too impressive, I think that you will soon appreciate the potential payouts that could be delivered inside, as well as some of its features.

Its features are the ones that are likely to get you paid more, with 10,000x the stake ($240,000) being the ultimate target there. Wilds, scatters, free spins and Super Spins, these are the major features which you’re going to use inside. As the potential is high, so is the volatility, but RTP wise it’s looking alright (96.18%).
Only 20 coins are used in Egyptian Tombs, but the bets can still have a big range. Their total value goes from $0.20 to $24, so the line bet appears to allow for up to $1.20 wagers.
You get a lot of ways to win (3125), so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that big prizes are possible. 10,000x the stake can also be won via the slot’s scatter symbols, though you do need quite a few of them present at the same time, and during free spins.
Volatility will be on the higher side, but that’s not unexpected for such a slot machine. What matters ultimately, is that the RTP is fair, and at 96.18% I’d say that Egyptian Tombs is doing alright.

Expect for a theme that is based on Ancient Egypt, just like the title of the game suggests. There are a number of symbols that we’ve seen before, in similar slots, so originality is not a big thing here, at least not when it comes to the visuals. Quality is not too bad, but there are enough better looking games as well.

Egyptian Tombs looks acceptable, and has the expected RTP, but its strength mostly seems to come from its potential rewards and the features which are available inside. None of these are unique to it, but the experience should be a pleasant one anyway.
