Emperors Wealth Slot Machine Review

Like many other Chinese themed slot machines, Emperors Wealth uses both money and emperors as major points of focus for its theme. The game, though of very good quality, doesn’t stand out much compared with other slots, at least if you look only at its theme and design. This is a new release from GameArt.

The developer came up with a simple layout here, which selects only 9 active lines on the 5 reels that are used. You can get paid up to $2,500, and as you play the slot you will encounter wild features, scatters, wilds and free spins.

Betting and Prizes

The betting is much easier to do than in other slot machines. With only 9 lines to cover, your wagers are going to use coin denominations of up to $0.50. You can spend between $0.09 and $4.50 for one round, which I’m sure you will agree that it is a fairly small amount to be using in a slot machine.

The game doesn’t pay more than $500 for a regular combo, but get all the game’s positions occupied by a single type of icon, and there will be some better rewards offered. The wild, when occupying all positions, will offer a total prize of 5,000 coins, or $2,500. The average RTP is actually just that, average for a modern slot, but very good if compared with a classic title.

Emperors Wealth Game Features

There are two variants of wild symbols present, both of them with Chinese writing on them, but one in red and gold, the other in silver and blue. The Red/Gold Wild will act as a replacement for most symbols, even for the other wild, but will not do so for the scatter. Should you get 2+ symbols of this type in a game, then they’re all going to expand on their reels and will cover them completely.

The second wild, colored in Blue and Silver, will be used as a replacement only for the regular symbols, so not for the main wild or the scatter. It also doesn’t have the same ability to expand on reels.

Moving to the scatter, it’s going to show the image of a dragon costume, mainly colored in blue. Having symbols of this type scattered on the reels will result in a free spins feature starting up. 10, 20 or 50 free spins are offered at this point, in exchange for 3, 4 or 5 symbols that are shown.

The bonus feature will give you one or more reels that will be wild. Any new wilds that appear on the reels will expand and cover them.

Theme & Design

Emperors Wealth is your typical Chinese themed slot machine, the kind where you see on the reels symbols with Chinese writing, with dragon costumes, the emperor, his councilor and small children. Add images of drums, jade pendants, firecrackers or gold coins with square holes in the middle, and the look of the slot is complete. The design quality is very good, but you’re not going to find this game very different from all the others offered right now in this niche.

Conclusion

Emperors Wealth gives the player a high end design, some exciting features, but overall it doesn’t feel like the sort of slot machine that will get a lot of attention, it just doesn’t stand out enough for that to happen.
