Enchanted Gems Slot Machine
Enchanted Gems does have a lot of gemstones in its design, so at least that part is true. On the other hand, more often than not the reels will be populated with images that are considered classics or related to luck, so the gems don’t get as much screen time as you’d imagine. This particular game is available via Slotland.
It looks very simple and close to the classic genre in many ways, but the gameplay is modern and involves 5 spinning reels which have 25 active lines. The 2,000x wins can be turned into $1,000 cash per winning combo, but you’re probably going to wish for the progressive jackpot instead. Among its features, the player will discover bonus games, scatters and wilds, along with a chance to trigger free spins.
Betting and Prizes
Both the number of lines and their individual bets can be changed, so that you end up with a total amount that you can sustain for a longer period of gameplay. The number of lines varies between 5 and 25, so you don’t get to take it all the way down. The full range of your bets will be $0.05 to $12.50, so for a line you spend $0.01 to $0.50.
You will find that the Dollar Sign is the most valuable symbol you can get in Enchanted Gems. It’s made out of tiny diamonds and it’s going to form combinations with as few as two symbols arranged from left to right on a line. You will want all five on the line though, since that gets you a progressive jackpot if the wager was at $5 or higher, or a 2,000x reward if it was smaller than that.
At the moment of me writing this, the progressive jackpot is worth over $250,000, so this is no small reward that the game delivers.
Enchanted Gems Slot Features
The one area where you actually get to see gemstones, besides the surrounding decorations, is in the feature symbols.
First, there is a yellow gem that is a wild feature. Having three appear at the same time will trigger a Wild Bonus, where one symbol is changed into a wild.
The purple gems are also important, and not just because they’re scatters and it doesn’t matter where you get them. They are your way to 5 free spins, provided that you have at least 5 symbols visible.
Enchanted Gems even offers a bonus game, a pick-me style feature which requires that you have 7 Orange Gems first. The next screen will have 7 blooms for you to uncover and find prizes in. The amounts mentioned in the feature will be multipliers that will be applied to the total bet of the triggering round.
Theme & Design
As I said, Enchanted Gems features a rather uneventful theme, one that revolves entirely around gemstones and classic symbols. The feature symbols might show you images of purple, orange or yellow gems, but the others deliver Dollar Signs, Crowns, Triple 7s, Red 7s, Bar logos, Bells, Horseshoes or Shamrocks. All in all, not the most thought out design around.
The surrounding decorations use the same gemstones at their basis, but they’re a bit too evident and large, and they end up hurting the look of the slot.
Enchanted Gems manages to deliver a good performance, some interesting features and a large progressive jackpot, so it’s definitely a game to remember.
