Sevens & Fruits: 20 Lines is obviously a slot machine with 20 paylines and with a classic fruit theme. What you may not know, is that this is the richer version of another Playson casino slot, which had fewer lines. The original was successful enough with players, that a new version for it was warranted, and this is what Playson decided to offer here.

Games with fruit-style themes shouldn’t be expected to offer too much feature-wise, and Sevens & Fruits: 20 Lines doesn’t try to either. It doesn’t give us major features, just those simple scatters which are used to deliver relatively low prizes, but no bonus games or free spins. Wilds are also missing from the game, so you don’t even get the comfort of having substitutes improve the potential of your spins.
As I mentioned, there is a single feature symbol present, the scatter symbol. It’s represented by the image of a Golden Star, another classic icon that’s often seen next to fruit symbols in older slots. All you need to do, to take advantage of it, is to land a minimum of three somewhere in view. Even if they don’t appear on the same active line, or on consecutive reels, they can still get you paid. Having 3, 4 or 5 Stars appear, gets you a reward of 2x, 10x or 50x the stake (up to $5,000).
You’re going to find a classic fruit theme here, one that revolves mostly around fruits, but which relies on Stars and Sevens to be features or jackpot triggers. Besides those two very important symbols, the ones paying less will include the watermelon half, a grape, plums, oranges, lemons or cherries. It’s the usual mix of symbols, so this hasn’t changed either.
What makes the game stand out a bit, the design is of excellent quality and it is especially well polished when it comes to those fruits. I’m quite used to seeing them at low quality, but here it’s definitely not the case.
Sevens & Fruits: 20 Lines has a modern look, and big potential rewards, but no new features. It’s a simple new casino game, for players that prefer their slots without complications.
