Wild Wild West: The Great Train Heist is not just a slot machine with a longer than average title. It’s also a beautifully crafted game, one where the action revolves around the bandits that are trying to rob a train, somewhere in the American Wild West. It’s the typical story for a lot of Western movies, and it’s something that I’ve seen approached in several latest slot machines as well.

The Wild West theme has been well handled by NetEnt. The background shows you a typical prairie view, with a steam train running across the screen from time to time. Among the symbols, there are images of the various characters that are in the band of train robbers. The comic book style design does a lot to make this slot attractive.
I really enjoyed this game, and for the most part it’s the theme and the excellent design that have made this possible. The features are solid, but there is nothing unique there.
