Given its name, Piggy Riches Megaways, it’s not a surprise that it offers 6 reels with up to 117,649 Megaways active each round. It’s a slot with good potential, of over 10,000x the stake, which means that prizes of over $100,000 are a possibility in its case. The game relies on wilds, free spins, bonus features and plenty of multipliers. The only slight surprise comes from the RTP, of just 95.71%, a bit too low for what we’ve come to expect from NetEnt and from Megaways slots in general.

Mega Wilds can show up, using the Gentleman Pig for their icon. They expand to cover a reel, and then they apply multipliers of up to 7x. You can get a maximum of three wilds on the reels in a single round, and they all apply their multipliers to the wins.

Lady Pig symbols are acting as scatters, used to trigger free spins, whenever they show up three times. Next, you’re taken to the Wheel, to decide how many free spins (up to 22) and with what multiplier (up to 10x) you start with. Theme & Design

It’s a follow up for the popular Piggy Riches slot, and it even relies on some of the original graphics. Naturally, this game has a Megaways engine, and it changes enough things visually as well. The symbols include the Gentleman Pig, the Lady Pig, keys, wallets, piggy banks, gold credit cards, but also a bunch of Royal playing cards which look fairly elegant. Overall, it’s a good looking game, I have nothing to complain about, and if you loved the original, you will enjoy playing the Megaways version as well.
