Spinning Wilds is one of the new slot machines that you will find in the collection available from Green Valley Games. It’s going to feature a classic theme, but it makes sure to use it in a modern game area which benefits from all the usual wilds that you’d expect from a slot with this sort of title.
With 5x4 reels spinning for you, the game offers a total of 40 active lines. Regular wilds are present, but so are Spinning Wilds, scatters or free spins. Get the right features involved, to win big and get the most out of this slot machine. The best winning combination that you will form pays 500x, or $5,000 ($200,000 total potential).
Betting and Prizes
One thing to make clear immediately, is that your bets in Spinning Wilds are placed on 40 lines at all times. They’re not going to ask much of you when they’re at their lowest, since as little as $0.0025 can be used for just one line, or $0.10 total. However, if you want to, you can use 5 coins of $2 each, or $10 per line and $400 total. The options are there, both for penny slot players and high rollers alike.
As for the rewards that you can expect in Spinning Wilds, they’re going to come via combinations of five wilds, if we’re talking about the best paying ones. They pay 500x at that point, which means that for each winning combination you could get $5,000. You can get at most $200,000 in a single round, if you manage to fill the reels with wilds, on all 40 lines.
Spinning Wilds Slot Features
The free spins are among the features that you will be able to trigger, and they’re reachable via scatter symbols. Featuring a Las Vegas style sign which says Free Games, it triggers 5 free spins when you have three scatters in view. Once you start the free spins, each scatter symbol you land will add one extra round to the total.
The Wild Sign is another one to consider, a symbol that you have as the substitute, but also as a way to get paid since it offers the 500x top reward when it forms its own wins.
Spinning Wilds are other types of feature symbols which you can get. When they show up, they each spin and will reveal at random another icon that is present on the reels at that time. The chosen symbol will then transform into a wild, in all positions that it currently occupies. The triggering Spinning Wild turns into a wild symbol as well. Even better, you can get more than one Spinning Wild to do this in a single round, so filling up a screen with wilds is not impossible, just not very likely.
If you get a Spinning Wild during a free spin, it will happen only on reel 5 and it will then transform one of the first four reels into a wild, along with the 5th one.
Theme & Design
Theme wise the game isn’t anything special. It’s giving us a mix of classic symbols and playing cards that aren’t very interesting these days, being so often found in games. The Wild and Free Games logos are there, but so are Blue Diamonds, Orange 7s, Bells, Cherries or the Bar logo. They continued the paytable with the playing cards, so the low paying positions aren’t interesting either.
Spinning Wilds might not give you the best graphics or theme around, but it does reasonably well with its features, and it should be interesting to play thanks to them.
