Four Lucky Clover Slot Machine Review

Four Lucky Clover is coming from BGaming as a game with a classic theme, but at the same time, we find inside a bit of a retro style design. It’s not always fun to look at, but this type of retro design can work in some cases, and this developer seems to have managed that. I do like the look of this classic slot, but there are other areas to look at as well, and the game doesn’t do as good of a job there.

5x3 reels are featured inside, and there are only 10 lines that can form combinations. Wins of up to 2,500x the stake make the game look good, but the 94% RTP manages to ruin that positive first impression. As for the features involved, a stacked wild symbol and a fun Lucky Spins option, are the two main offerings.

Betting and Prizes

The bets on Four Lucky Clover are going to start from a minimum of just $0.10, and as there are 10 lines available, we can calculate that the line bet is at $0.01 then. Move the wager up, as high as $10, and the line bet will reach a maximum of $1.

2,500x the stake, that’s the most that the game is capable of paying in a single round, for each set of reels. As there are four sets in play for the Lucky Spins, it might be that the game can do even better, as much as 10,000x (a cap may be placed on the game’s winnings, but it is not mentioned if there is one).

A single reel can get the wild symbol, the 3rd one, but on the other hand, it’s going to be stacked, allowing it to take over the entire column. Used as a substitute, it can be quite helpful when it lands, as it can help on all 10 lines with the formation of new combinations.

The most fun part about the game is the Lucky Spins feature. It will trigger during rounds where you win at least 4x the stake, and it will then give you access to four sets of reels. Theme & Design

Four Lucky Clover has a classic theme, but with a better implementation than most slots that do the same thing. It’s got a charming retro style to its design, and I appreciate it for that. As symbols, the four-leaf clover is the feature, a stacked wild, with regular symbols consisting of the Red Heart Crown, Lucky 7s, Horseshoes, Melons, Grapes, Plums, Oranges, Lemons, and Cherries.

Conclusion

Four Lucky Clover could’ve been an interesting free slot, and the Lucky Spins option has a lot to do with that, but this game’s RTP is way too low, and I can’t recommend it to anyone because of it.
